This package is applicable for usage for a single customer for 30 days. This uninterrupted internet package will not be allowed for multiple user access/usage through hotspot or, unauthorized download of heavy movie/contents/files.

If customer activates another uninterrupted internet pack while using one uninterrupted internet pack, then the 1st pack will be stopped.

While using any uninterrupted internet packs, if customers want to use any other internet packs or internet of bundle packs, then they have to opt out of the unlimited pack dialing code *121*3830#

Customers will enter FUP after consumption of 200 GB data for 998TK 30D pack. During FUP, customer can enjoy internet at the speed of 512kbps.

Access to Hoichoi, Chorki, Sonyliv, Lionsgate, i-Screen, T-Sports, bioscope. Customers will not get access to of these streaming platforms if s/he purchase this pack using emergency balance or get the pack as gift.

The entertainment platform access will be valid for 30 days (Activation+ 29 Days).

Customer need to login to the service using the mobile number where the packs are purchased.

Content curation is dependent on content platforms; GP only controls the data connectivity and access.

Data volume will be used for browsing and enjoying the contents for these platforms.

To enjoy the contents customer needs to visit respective website. These contents can be viewed from MyGP as well.

After expiration (Validity) of every internet pack maximum PayGo charge will be 6.95 Taka (inclusive VAT, SD & SC)

During pack purchase, any prior subscription free or emergency balance usage will be deducted from the amount recharged for pack or offer purchase. In that case, internet pack or offer that you have selected may not be activated.

During Internet pack or offer purchase, purchase limit for prepaid customer is between 20 taka- 1000 taka and for postpaid customer 20 taka - 50000 taka.
