Instructions to be followed before Health Check Up:

• Report to corporate Health desk within 9.00 am (Except Fridays & Govt. Holidays)
• Do not take any medication, alcohol or cigarettes in the morning.
• Please wear loose and comfortable clothing as you may have change clothes for X-Ray
• During the checkup need to come on empty stomach and fast for 10-12 hours
