Honorable State Minister of Labor and Employment Ministry Md. Mujibul Haque visited GPHouse, the corporate head office of Grameenphone recently.
During the visit he inaugurated the new establishment of Grameenphone’s day care center Happy Hearts. He said that the Day Care Center is comparable to any day care center of developed world. He observed different activities of Grameenphone and talked to the officials of different level. He expressed his satisfaction over the environment friendly and fuel efficient modern design of GPHouse and Grameenphone’s arrangement of international quality amenities for its employees. He termed the company as a role model for other companies. He hoped that Grameenphone’s role in the economy of Bangladesh will flourish more in the future. He described Grameenphone as an example of foreign investment friendly environment of Bangladesh and urge foreign governments and companies to invest in Bangladesh.
Labor Secretary Mikail Shipar, and other senior officials of the ministry and Grameenphone were present during the visit.
